Credits are the currency that powers every AI action in Obsess AI. Different actions cost different amounts - for example, a full blog post costs 35 credits while a social media post costs 10 credits. Your credits refresh every billing cycle. Check the Credit Usage Guide above for a full breakdown.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly from the Shopify admin. When you upgrade, your new credits are available immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
If you use all your monthly credits, you can either upgrade to a higher plan for more credits or wait until your next billing cycle when your credits reset. We will always notify you when your credits are running low so there are no surprises.
