Questions about the bill
The short answers.
- Is the trial really free?
- Seven days and 100 credits, with no credit card. That is enough to design a page, publish an article and watch what comes back before you decide anything.
- Can I change plans later?
- Any time, up or down, from your Shopify admin. Plans are Shopify subscriptions, so a change takes effect the way every other app subscription change on your store does.
- Do credits roll over?
- No. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing month, and whatever you did not spend does not carry forward.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- Runs stop until the monthly reset, or until you move to a bigger plan. Nothing keeps running on credit and nothing is charged automatically, so there is no surprise line on the invoice at the end of a month.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly, through Shopify. It appears on your Shopify invoice alongside your other apps, and you cancel it from the same place — no email, no notice period.
